BUCYRUS, OH – Ohio Mutual President & CEO Mark C. Russell announced that Teri A. Miller, CPA has joined Ohio Mutual as Assistant Vice President & Corporate Controller. Miller succeeds current Controller Andrew Wallen, who will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer upon the year-end retirement of current CFO David Hendrix.

Miller’s experience includes serving as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, 10 years at Nationwide Insurance in a variety of roles including financial and regulatory reporting, investment accounting, and accounting policy & research, and four years at Encova Insurance, including her most recent role as AVP, Financial Reporting, Investments, and Reinsurance. Most recently, she served as AVP, GAAP & SEC Accounting Policy for Fortitude Re, an international reinsurance provider.
She is a Certified Public Accountant and earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH, and a Master of Accounting from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. In her personal time, Teri loves to swim, travel, create holiday sweet treats, and spend time with her extended family.
